Product Manager

We are an early-stage startup seeking a strategic Product Manager to transform our vision into a market-ready mobile application. You'll work directly with the founder to architect the product from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

• Translate business vision into clear user journeys, flows, and feature specifications
• Define MVP scope and create comprehensive product documentation
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers to produce clickable prototypes and design systems
• Lead technical hiring process and manage development team execution
• Structure sprints, establish milestones, and maintain delivery momentum
• Provide strategic weekly updates to founder with clear metrics and insights

Required Experience

• Proven track record managing mobile apps from ideation to MVP launch
• Strong technical fluency: React Native, API architecture, backend integration
• Expert at translating product requirements into actionable development tasks
• Exceptional communication skills bridging business strategy and technical execution
• Startup experience with lean, agile teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to create wireframes and mockups in Figma
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Experience supporting early-stage founders through product development
• Knowledge of African digital ecosystems: payment gateways, commerce, lifestyle apps
